Gopika - The flight TRV-BOM was on time when I departed and of course, it is the most desirable thing for the passengers that fight should take off on the exact time. It is only one advantage or you can say positive aspect of the flight. When I aboard, I got premium service by the professional crew members. The entire staff was really friendly and amiable so that I can expect to visit again with that airline. Another positive aspect of the flight was that during my journey, I was served with all the amenities that are offered at the time of buying tickets. Ultimately, I would recommend this flight due to premium service at affordable fares.

Gitika - My flight LHR-DEL-LHR was very comfortable and I am obliged to the staff members who made my journey excellent. According to me, the most important factor is service and nature of the staff. The entire staff was friendly and polite as they provided me all the services before I asked. As my beginning of the journey was good, I was curious to get the services once I get boarded.
